Cleanse

Thoroughly cleanse and towel dry your skin to remove any makeup, sunscreen, or impurities that may block the laser, preventing it from working effectively.

Smooth

Select your treatment level. Place the treatment window against your skin and glide it slowly from side-to-side until you hear a bleep, then move to next zone and repeat.

Glow

Treat 5 times per week for 12 weeks, then rest your skin for 4 weeks. Work your way through treatment levels for smoother, glowing skin.

Soothe

Optional final step: After each treatment, soothe and nourish your skin with our Phytograph Hydrating Calm Soothing Gel.

Full step-by-step guide to using your Tria FRX.

Step 1: Cleanse your skin.

Cleanse and dry your skin thoroughly before starting.

Step 2: Select your treatment.

Turn on your device. Select your treatment level from 1 to 3.

Step 3: Start treating Zone 1.

Start treating Zone 1. Treat until you hear the beep.

Step 4: Move to Zone 2.

Move to Zone 2. Treat until you hear 2 beeps.

Step 5: Move to Zone 3.

Move to Zone 3. Treat until you hear 3 beeps.

Step 6: Move to Zone 4.

Move to Zone 4. Treat until you hear 4 beeps. Your treatment is now complete.

Step 7: Soothe your skin.

After treatment, apply your Phytograph Hydrating Calm Soothing Gel for a boost of soothing moisture.

For optimal results: Use nightly 5 times per week for 12 weeks, then rest your skin for 4 weeks. Repeat this cycle as required.

Consistency is the key to optimal results. We recommend sticking closely to the following treatment schedule and avoiding skipping treatments. 

  • Treat 5x per week (24 hours or more apart)
  • For 12 weeks
  • Then allow your skin to rest for 4 weeks

After this treatment period:

  • 89% see smoother skin*

  • 80% see reduced fine lines and wrinkles*

Then repeat the process as required for your desired result. For deeper lines and more significant signs of ageing, multiple treatment cycles may be necessary.

Our top tips for optimal results.

  • Cleanse and dry your skin thoroughly before treatments - removing any moisturiser, makeup, SPF or other residue that could block the laser.
  • Start on lower settings and work your way up. Lower settings offer more comfort, whilst higher settings offer better results.
  • Treat consistently, 5 nights per week, don’t skip or miss treatments.
  • Treat on an evening, not a morning. Users may experience some skin redness after treatment, this is normal. Treating in the evening allows your day to be unaffected by this.
  • Avoid overtreating areas by only moving the device horizontally as shown in the video, this ensures an even spread of the laser’s energy in your skin.
  • Apply your Phytograph Hydrating Calm Soothing Gel after treatments. This helps keep your skin hydrated and soothed.
  • Ensure you always wear SPF when outside. Tria FRX’s energy can increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun.
