in the meantime of figuring out a more permanent solution, use Nair! you can get it at drug stores and it works in a few minutes… very handy for pain free removal of hair and lasts a few days until hair starts growing again. sorry I can't help with your other question.

I think you should just get your body waxed a couple of times instead of electrolysis. Waxing is much cheaper and efficient. You are still 16 and waxing might even slow the hair growth. Once the hair is less you can even bleach it.

electrolysis is painful, old and out and laser is considered more effective ,safe and painless method. When we say painless ,it is not entirely true..it does prick a bit and it takes minimum 4 -5 sittings to get rid of the hair completely and since u r saying its dark so i assume it might take even longer and each session may cost depending on the growth. They will also ask u to perform some tests to find out why there is so much of growth.
