Depends on your skin type. If you have really sensitive skin, it should take a maximum of 2 months. If not, within a month or so, or even less, depending on the sensitivity of your skin. The redness shouldn’t worry you too much. It will disappear gradually.

You can try applying cucumber puree on it to reduce the effects of burning.
